19.9.2010 - site survey for the new MTB at sammy place batu caves.... and found my precious a XTC4 hehehehhe and it's shall cost me RM2,800.00 and the bike shall arrive this Friday i.e. 24.09.2010 - same date as 2nd bomba inspection...

The title is for the Si Pitong revenge (Please refer the conversation below)it's between a small man with the huge e*** man.... just a simple action can resolve the current havoc situation... WTF i'm in angry mood again... but my fellowship had reduce my temper with some jokes.

However, i believe that your side had forgotten or could be unaware that the job had already done by ***** last December 2009 whereby I was also here at *****that morning, spending my precious time just to view the progress of this relocation work.

To clarify this issue further, i had made a call to ***** this morning and asked him whether their side really need the letter, yet the answer was not necessary (in contrast with what was highlighted in your email) since the job already completed, after all it was FOC but he did welcome it for the purpose of records.

The question here, were they really made several calls asking for LA? If yes, who was the person?

As an advice, i do hope in the future that you can avoid sending a chain of emails unless you clarify them in details as to avoid any misunderstanding especially from a party whom does not involve directly with the issue. In this case for example, people can easily get distracted when they read the first email as they will think that the work is going nowhere since December 2009. Please take this note seriously.

Not to forget, kindly arrange with them on transporting out the faulty **** afterwards.

Please be informed that the appointed contractor/ vendor for relocation of the old UPS unit for ******* had made several called for follow – up about the status of the award letter for the relocation process. For your information, that will be ‘no’ cost occurred during the relocation work.

Please be informed as per verbal instruction, we had called the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) vendor i.e. ***** to carry out the relocation work. However, the contractor would like a award letter before perform the pertaining work i.e. permanent interchange of ******. For your information, the existing faulty unit had been located at lobby area ******.

No NCR

Soo... long not updated by Blog... 2 many work to do ex - specially the AUDIT... waarrggg many work to update... yesterday my no. 2 house is had been audited and Alhamdulillah no NCR.. just 2 minor observation... that All... Syukur to ALLAH...

For my friends... nice work to 2 all for give an extravaganza work...

Nowadays just a Al - Quran is my daily friends....

WTF day 3

16/1/2010 and 17/1/2010 is the date..... 1st the water level for water tank for cooling tower is running low level..... aaarrrrggggghhhhh... WTF why anybody check the water level and why nobody check is the date got a function or others banking activities????? WTF man........... please lor check the system if you all on standby mode (overtime)... my teammate had run the pump for wet riser and Alhamdulillah it's back to normal condition..

On 17, the valve jammed and WTF it's must be replaced.... if not it shall be no water supply for the AC make - up tank.... (WTF) replaced lor ... with 'new' one... and the WFT still going with the staff and the securities is using the toilet and you all know that 'no' water supply due to the minor repair of water tank..... aaarrrggggghhh... we all jadi pencacai... due to the poor arrangement by the property management......

WTF day 2

SO WTF 2day..... entah lor, time 2 time it seem like the Property Management is miss used the 'POWER' for managing this premises..... it's just a mishandling the "amanah" thats all.... and nobody care and we shall facing this problem untill the top management can reset the system...

Today just a miss communication problem and it's all about water i.e. the source that came from 'Allah"..... dowh.....
